MyNurse24/7 was developed and implemented by Health Contact Partners and powered by WorldDoc to provide a health management system that provides a variety of encounters to obtain health information.

Different options for participants are as follows:

  • Ask a nurse toll free call line operated 24/7- 365 days/year to answer and triage all acute and chronic conditions.
  • Nurse E Assistant- participant can send a health question via email through a secured site to have a health question answered. The clinical staff will research and respond within 24 hours.
  • Live chat- the participant can utilize WorldDoc for all health information and can click on a Nurse icon and establish via instant messenger- a dialog based on a specific question or clarification- confidential and is supported by HIPAA Guidelines.
  • Nurse can engage the participant in completing a Health Risk Assessment on line with results- discuss risk behaviors.

Our Nurses utilize WorldDoc to provide all triage and health information to provide good decision support for all members.
