Our staff consists of customer service representatives and Nurse line support staff, as well as Registered Nurses for clinical call center services. Our Nurses are highly skilled, telephonic Nurses, most with telephonic clinical and disease management backgrounds. We have bi-lingual agents and utilize the AT&T language line for other translation services that are required.
